Prices (sq m):

The price per sq. m is of  ca. 2500 euro. This may vary depending on position and type and rise up to € 3000.  

The municipal administration starts with the construction work of the new way in spring 2008, this will connect Bajardo directly with Sanremo. The distance is reduced therefore on 12 km to the coast.  

Terms of payment:

When the compromesso (pre-contract) is signed, a first instalment is paid of 10 % on the agreed price. 

On request the buyer can effect a failure insurance, so that the buyer is guaranteed from the risk of insolvency.

The remaining payments vary according to the advance of works and being regulated in the preliminary contract in agreement with the buyer.

Other arising costs: Notary approx. 1,500. till 2,500. euros.
Entry charges into this land register: approx. euros 350.-, the land transfer tax is 10% of the selling price declared in front of the notary .
